Our Web site has implemented the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) system, which allows images to be downloaded immediately after paying the Membership fee. Due to this reason and without any exception, we have a NO REFUND policy.
For this reason, we strongly recommend that before payment and purchase of any of our online materials, our visitors:
- Read all information about image file formats, resolutions, and downloading in the link at each of the site pages that are accessible; including uploading docs in PDF format. All curriculum access to resources are utilized in .jpg or .pdf formats.
- View the Curriculum Samples page to see examples and activity lessons which show content value.
- Do not allow children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access your credit cards or your account at the payment site to ensure that no one pays for a Membership without your permission.
By making a payment for Membership to our site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above NO REFUND Policy.
Classes, Camps, Monthly Events POLICY
We have a NO refund policy on any of our event, camps, or class tuition returns or exchanges. Due to the limited number of spots available for each of our events/camps, and the supply fees associated with the registered children that we expense for their event materials and snacks. After payment is made by our customers, we consider their child in attendance and that spot filled; therefore, due to this reason and without any exception, we have established a NO REFUND policy.
